Rotating guests during sessions is NOT permitted.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Teens 13-15 MUST HAVE A PARENT/ GUARDIAN ON THE PREMISES.
PRIVATE GROUPS with teens under 18 are required to have an adult chaperone
INSIDE the cat rooms at all times.
Online waivers are now signed as part of your online booking.
Walk in waivers (when space permits) can be completed in the cafe.
Our rules and policies are for the health, safety, and comfort of our guests and our cats.
Anyone unable to follow the house rules will be asked to leave. No refunds.

Do I NEED A RESERVATION?
Yes, reservations ensure a spot.
While our drink cafe is always open, cat therapy sessions fill up. Walk-in appointments during regular business hours can be difficult to get. There is a limited number of spots for each session and age policies/restrictions for younger cat lovers.
The only way to guarantee entry to the cat room is with a reservation.
CAN MY KIDS COME?
We love kids! Kid energy and cats don't always mix. To ensure their safety and the safety and serenity of our cats, the age requirement is 6 and up during regular business hours. For our younger cat lovers ages 0-5 years of age, you may book a special "Mini Meow" reservation, or you may book a private session.
At ALL times, ALL participants must be able to follow the rules of the cat rooms during their session intended to keep the kitties feeling safe and secure.
Parties with minors 6-12 years of age must have one adult per two children inside the cat rooms.
Parties with minors 13-15 must have one adult on the premises.
WHAT IS KID TIME?
A special, smaller session for our youngest cat lovers 0-5 years of age.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 11:00-11:30
Saturday mornings 10:00-10:30
Each minor participant is required to have a reservation/waiver completed by their legal guardian to enter.
Reservations are required for each person going into the cat rooms and space is limited.
There MUST be one adult per two children. This includes infants in a carrier.
This is to ensure the safety of both the children and the cats.
Children will need to be able to follow the rules of the cat room intended to keep cats and children safe and comfortable.
Parents are asked to help us maintain a calm, peaceful environment with voices and movements.
WHAT IS "BOOK THE ROOM?"
You may book the cat room for your private group; this is done by visiting our Private Groups tab for important information. To book, select a session with complete availability and select the private group box. You will be directed to complete registration. A Private Booking Form must also be completed with all participant information IF your private session includes MINORS. The cafe and bathroom will remain open, but only those you have invited into the cat lounge (and our staff) will have access. No outside guests will join your group during the session. The cost for this private experience is $110. You may bring up to 10 people for your session. One adult is required per every two children under 13.
Private Groups with teens under 18 require an adult host/chaperone in the cat rooms at all times.
Each guest MUST be able to follow the cat room rules.
Food and decorations are not permitted in the cafe or cat rooms.
